SpecialtyDox LLC is a Texas limited liability company. It markets its clinical-platform technology at dox.care and operates a HIPAA-covered sleep medicine and behavioral-health practice under the SleepDox DBA at sleepdox.com. This A2P 10DLC campaign covers patient SMS originating from SpecialtyDox LLC's registered sender (+1 (512) 675-6718) — primarily on behalf of the SleepDox practice. The program supports clinical care: remote therapeutic monitoring of CPAP usage for sleep apnea patients, daily sleep-diary check-ins for CBT-I (insomnia) patients, appointment reminders, and clinical follow-up. It is not a marketing, promotional, or lead-generation program. Patients receive messages only after opting in (see Section 2 below).
Third-party practices that license the SpecialtyDox platform register their own A2P 10DLC campaigns under their own Brand registrations and do not send messages via SpecialtyDox LLC's sender.
Patients opt in to SMS from SpecialtyDox LLC (operating as SleepDox) at one of four collection points. Every collection point presents the same consent disclosure (below). No messages are sent until the patient affirmatively checks the consent box (or, for verbal consent, until practice staff records the consent in the patient's chart).
This is the exact consent block patients see on the SleepDox online intake form and online appointment booking pages:
| Collection Point | How Consent Is Captured |
|---|---|
| Paper & digital patient intake forms | Patient checks the SMS-consent box adjacent to the disclosure above when establishing care with SleepDox. |
| Online appointment booking at sleepdox.com/book | Patient enters their mobile number and checks the SMS-consent box (with the disclosure above) before submitting a booking request. |
| Web contact / referral form at sleepdox.com/contact | Prospective patient submits a request with the SMS-consent checkbox selected. |
| Verbal consent (recorded) | SleepDox staff reads the disclosure above to the patient by phone and records the consent (with timestamp and staff member identity) in the patient's chart. |
Below are representative messages patients may receive after opting in. Actual message text varies by clinical program, practice, and patient context.
| Category | Examples | Frequency |
|---|---|---|
| Appointment | Reminders, confirmations, rescheduling, no-show follow-up. | Up to 4 per appointment. |
| Remote Monitoring (RTM / RPM / CCM) | Daily symptom check-ins, device-data alerts, supply reminders, coaching messages. | Up to 2 per day during active monitoring. |

| Account & Billing | Statements, payment confirmations, balance reminders. | As needed. |
| Onboarding & Referral | Intake links after a referral is received, scheduling follow-up. | Up to 3 per referral. |
Overall message frequency varies by clinical program and practice. Most patients receive between 1 and 14 messages per week.
