Each clinic that uses SpecialtyDox is the sender of its own text messages. It texts its patients from its own phone number, and every message names the clinic. SpecialtyDox LLC is the technology provider that runs the texting platform for these clinics; it does not text patients in its own name.
Each clinic has its own program page, with a sign-up form, the exact consent patients agree to, sample messages and how to stop. Your clinic gives you the link to its page.
